I had a long middle part that I wanted cleaned up, but ended up with hair about 2-2.5 inches shorter. Completely ruined my look and I won't be coming to Sports Clips again. Even worse since its the second time this has happened, and I brought a reference photo.

i'm a person with medium length hair around down to my mouth and i middle part it. And i told them i want a little off the top they cut it down to less than 2 inches of hair very short like a normal boy haircut when i like to have length on my hair they took it all off. i don't know how you take "a little off the top" to giving me hardly any hair to work with. i also told them to cut my bangs at eye level but they cut it above my eyebrows. the haircut is fine but it's nothing how i asked for. 0/10 do not recommend if your looking for a cut

Katherine is the bestest! She gave an amazing haircut, had great attitude and the absolute best scalp massage ever I had to request to pay for another wash.
